21 May 2023 promises to become a memorable milestone in the history of Sound of Strangers. The debut album ‘Crossing Borders’ will be officially released! The album is the result of all the hard work the band has carried out since its inception in 2016. ‘Crossing Borders’ will be available on CD and all digital platforms and can be pre-ordered as of now from this site (we will make certain you have the CD in house on the release date).

The band are celebrating the release of ‘Crossing Borders’ with a special release show on 21 May. On the date they are sharing the stage with For Absent Friends. The show also marks the departure of founder member Serge Mannee. Serge recently has decided to step down due to personal circumstances. He will be fronting the band for the very last time on this special occasion.

We’d like to invite you to come and say hello to the band and/or to say goodbye to Serge. The show will take place on Sunday 21 May in ‘t Blok in Nieuwerkerk aan den IJssel between 1500h and 1800h. Tickets can be purchased here.
