Calling the faithful……grab a coffee and have a read…it’s a long one…
So where do we stand?
It was the begin of June that our keyboardist Henk had to leave us due to other directions and other blooming things in life. Henk co- wrote ‘Crossing Borders’ and was one of the founders of Sound of Strangers. He did a great job on it and will be missed. We wish him and his family all the best in the foreseeable future.
Halfway last August we salute keyboardist Ron Mozer (ex. For Absent Friends, Ulyssus) to the band as he delivered us tremendous results during rehearsels the past two months. We’re looking forward working with him. He’s a fine musician and great fellow to hang around with. The 5th shipmate on our rocking boat as we sail along.
Music engineer Jeffrey Revet (Stream of Passion, Redstacks, Queen Forever) did a tremendous job during 2022, mix and mastering ‘Crossing Borders’ at the MilkMark Studio under supervision of Paul Krempel. A big salute to Jeffrey for his hard work, coaching and getting us on the bandwagon.
Hot news is that we’re planning gigs for upcoming December and 2023!!
We’re very exited and looking forward to play our debut album on stage for you and finally meet up again!!
So that’s us,
More news soon, shipmates!
